Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
The host was horrible! Booked 2 nights, only stayed 1 & host refused to refund. HotTub jets didn't work. Outside lights and bedroom lights didn't work. No heat (freezing cold). BBQ grill was rusted and unsafe for use. Coffee pot, toaster, and microwave were filthy! What made things even worse, is that we have video of the host stealing from me. He stole a Caymen jack drink, 2 pairs of my underware (from out of my suitcase) and even stole my cancer pain medication. Police were called, report was filed, but police said it's a civil suit, so I'm currently waiting on the attorney to gather all the information from everywhere, so I can sue him. Host even let his two big dogs loose when we were trying to check out, and tried to conversate with me outside of the vrbo app. He also attempted to get cash from me for opening up a second bedroom that was never even asked for or talked about, he just assumed. The host was rude, and creepy. Stated that other people stayed upstairs, when in fact, HE LIVES UPSTAIRS. Have video evidence of the entire thing, including the hidden cameras he put in the bathroom and bedroom. If you value your money, and are looking to relax, don't let his outdated images fool you, this host is just some old pervert that is renting out his basement. The view (during the day time) is the only positive thing about this place....and his wooden porch is falling down, so the area with the hotube and bbq grill are not gunna be there for long, someone's gunna get hurt!
