« Very easy to check in, the room was clean and cozy, the common areas were also very cozy and well-stocked with everything you could need, especially the kitchen. The restaurant next door was a bit loud at peak time of the evening, but that quieted down by the time we wanted to sleep and from then on it was nice and quiet. « Staff must have changed since the last set of reviews because they were not very good. They gave us a single key card and wouldn’t give us another due to a “key card shortage” at the hotel. You need the card to use the elevator and get up to your room, so this was extremely inconvenient. « Poor parking arrangements. Inquiries about parking were ignored repeatedly. Eventually some questions were answered (no electric charging) but others still ignored.One got the feeling they didn’t want to give a straight answer. »

« This is a great place to stay! Strategically located in downtown Portland, and close to restaurants bars and fun activities to do. Staff was great and gave great advice on places to see in the visit. Definitely will be staying again! My only critique would be that the walls are paper thin and you can here a phone conversation or the drop of a pin coming from another room, however we are use to noise so it didn’t bother us much but it is something to keep in mind if noise bothers you. »
