The two-room apartment is a simple and essential vacation home perfect
for vacations in Puglia, on the Ionian Sea.
It is located on the second
floor, reached by internal stairs leading to a hallway, shared with
another of the vacation homes.
The apartment consists of large living room with dining room and kitchen, TV and sofa bed for two people, 1 double bedroom, 1 shower room and a small equipped outdoor space.
There is a small outdoor veranda with partial sea view.
The surroundings of the residence in Porto Cesareo
The vacation home is located in Residence Kalura, along one of the most important streets in Porto Cesareo that connects the center of the town to the long beaches of the coast.
The lively center with all commercial and personal services is only 150 meters from the vacation homes, while the first equipped beaches are 500 meters away and are also within walking distance. 


- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the bedroom.
- The en-suite bathroom has no shower.
