Cozy stay in the small nice room
Stayed room with balcony with the nice city view! The room really made me feel like being at at home. Breakfast was served in the room enjoying it with the view:) Amenities are also from Benamor 1925.

Die Lage war toll: mitten in der Einkaufsstraße in Porto, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut: man konnte vorher wählen was man möchte und es wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Unser Gepäck wurde noch für den Nachmittag vor Abreise aufbewahrt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt positiv zu beeinflussen. Kaffee, Wasser, Früchte und Kuchen stehen in einer Etagen-Küche kostenlos zur Verfügung Die Zimmer sind verhältnismäßig klein. Das Frühstück wird ins Zimmer geliefert, was positiv hervorzuheben ist. Allerdings ist die Auswahl und Portionen übersichtlich. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis/ Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt.

Das frühstück war sehr schlecht. Wie in einem Krankenhaus wird es ans Zimmer gebracht. Das klappbare Frühstücksstisch war eine Zumutung, da es wärend des essens ständig zusammengeklaapt ist. Als erstes hatten wir ein Zimmer auf der selben Etage wie die Rezeption. Hinter dem Haus ein großes Parkhaus mit großen Lüftungsanlagen direkt vor dem Fenster. Öffnen den Fensters unmöglich. Selbst mit geschlossen Fenster ist das Schlafen durch den Lärm nicht möglich. Bei Nachfrage zum wechseln des Zimmmers wird blöd angeguckt.

Sehr ruhige Lage obwohl es mitten in der Stadt ist. Das Zimmer hat eine grosse begehbare dusche. Und es ist sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Hotel ist auf jedenfall empfehlenswert.

Ganz entzückendes, kleines unscheinbares Hotel in guter Lage. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber wirklich fein. Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, Frühstück ist lieblich angerichtet und wird ins Zimmer serviert. Ideal, wenn 2 Personen reisen, Gruppen frühstücken dann lieber zusammen. Trotzdem kann ich es jedem empfehlen und auch ich komme gerne wieder hierher!

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Frühstück im Zimmer war gut und reichich. Hotel hat keinen Fahrstuhl und viele Treppenstufen bis in unser Zimmer im 3.Stock. Beim Koffer hochtragen ist das Personal unaufgefordert behilflich. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt mit einem Glas leckerem Portwein. Am Nachmittag wird Kuchen kostenlos angeboten Auch Kaffee und Tee kann man sich immer selbst zubereiten. Wir hatten das Pech, dass unser Zimmer (16) auf dem Balkon die wärmeausströmende Klimaanlage hatte und wir deshalb kein Fenster öffnen konnten. So mussten wir bei unerträglichen 30°C abends bei geschlossenem Fenster zu Bett gehen. Es gab auch keine Abhilfe nach Rücksprache mit der Person am der Rezeption. Also meidet Zimmer 16 und das genau darunter liegende. Sonst würde ich wieder in dieses Hotel einziehen. Rs war vom Flughafen mit der Metro gut zu erreichen

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Wenn man ein Zimmer nach vorne hat, ist es während der Nacht sehr laut. Die Rollwagen wo man sein Frühstück darauf serviert bekommt, sind leicht kaputt (so war es bei uns). Das Frühstück ist einfach aber sehr lecker. Trotzdem ist das Personal sehr nett und bemüht einem zu helfen. Wir können es nur empfehlen

We stayed in this little beautiful hotel for one night only, but enjoyed the breakfast and the sunshine on the balcony! The staff was also very helpful and friendly. We had a great time in Porto!

Our room was without air conditioning since the beginning, the thermostat wasn’t functioning, the staff fixed for few minutes and then broken 😡 again. We saw many reviews from other customers with the same problem. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. Great location. Friendly, helpful staff ((Luisa, Beatriz, Carla and others) went over and above to make our stay in Porto comfortable. Restaurant choices, itinerary, Breakfast, Coffee and afternoon snacks. I can go on! I would stay here again and fully recommend to everyone. Thank you for a memorable stay. Obrigido !

The staff were friendly and helpful except for one who was trying to be nice but couldn’t help her expression of being impatient to me. It was just the coffee maker which was not familiar to me but she had to sigh and made me feel like an idiot. I asked why they don’t have a small basket for garbage on the third floor and she said because the owners think it doesn’t look pretty so she said for me to just put my garbage anywhere on the table which for me would look more unbecoming. The same person I asked why we only had 1 small toilet roll and she said this was not a hotel, this was a bed and breakfast with an attitude and just invited me to say it all in the review so people in charge can make the changes. I found out later on that she worked a 2-day shift and must be tired. I think the place is ok but she can improve on her patience when dealing with clients. It’s not the best place to share with male friends because I feel the glass bathrooms are not very private. Not everyone traveling is a couple. The area was great, close to everything. Breakfast was ok. Stairs we are aware of but be ready for really a lot of stairs. Staffs were nice to help me with my luggage though and I appreciated it. I want to special mention Carla as the best staff we met there. Great warm personality and is very helpful and patient.

Different to soulless hotels. Really great staff, lovely rooms, fabulous breakfast brought to the room every morning. Nice personal touches. Plus a constant supply of free drinks and gorgeous cake! (You get used to the stairs after a day.) No complaints.

The location is perfect that means you can walk anywhere. The staff is outstanding and Beatriz should get a pay raise! Our room was small but cleverly designed. They recommended a free 3 hour walking tour called Porto walkers and it was informative and the guides just work for tips. When I become an ex pat I want to move to Porto!
