« We chose Richard's place both for the location and number of bedrooms. There was plenty of room for our large group with two bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are two hang out areas inside which are open to one another but far enough apart to hold seperate conversations. It is minutes from the San Mateo Bridge leading west and freeways leading east. We were just over half an hour away from South San Francisco, Half Moon Bay and the Tri-Valley, all of which were destinations...

« The guest house is nice, clean, and modern. There is a beautiful deck and creek to enjoy. We used the hot tub and grill. I definitely would not recommend 4 people stay here but it was the perfect size for a couple and a dog. Hosts were friendly and responsive and would recommend to others. »

« We can hear next door rental, especially from the bedroom where we can here water running from the shower and guests would take multiple night showers which wake us up during our sleep. 😞 Kitchen and living room were fine. Air conditioning was quiet. Very well situated near highways but not too close to hear the noise. Quiet surrounding. »

It was in a great location near downtown Half Moon Bay you could walk maybe less than 100 feet and be on Main Street. The host was great and was very quick to respond.
