The home features a gourmet kitchen with double ovens, two distinct dining areas, and two comfortable living rooms for socializing. Entertainment is endless with a private movie theater and a game room equipped with a pool table. Step outside to enjoy the private sandy beach, a dock with dining space, and a expansive deck. Kids will love the outdoor playground and playhouse, while adults can relax in the hot tub or by the fire pit. Getting Around:

To make the most of your stay at our Hauser Lake home, we recommend traveling by car. This gives you the flexibility to visit the nearby Silverwood Theme Park, which is a quick twenty five minute drive, or head into Coeur d Alene for dining and shopping in about twenty minutes. We offer plenty of complimentary on-site parking for multiple vehicles. Please note that ride sharing services may have limited availability in this area, so personal or rental transport is ideal for accessing the local ski resorts and hiking trails. The nearest major airport is Spokane International Airport, located about fifty minutes away by car.



Other Things to Note:

Enjoy peaceful lakefront living while staying close to everything at our beautiful Hauser Lake retreat. Check in is at 16:00 and check out is at 11:00. Please note that quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a relaxing environment for all. We welcome families and events, though any gathering exceeding the standard occupancy requires prior management approval. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Guests are required to sign an additional rental agreement via Docusign prior to arrival. For your convenience, hot tub and beach towels are provided in the wooden chest near the back door. Please follow the provided instructions for hot tub maintenance after each use. You may occasionally see our maintenance staff or landscapers on the property during weekdays. Free parking is available on site.
