« Appartement au calme proche de rimini, bien équipé,belle salle de bain. Extérieur du bâtiment dont les menuiseries en mauvaise état ce qui laisse une mauvaise impression dès notre arrivé. Les hôtes ne sont pas vraiment agréable même si l’on ne parle pas la même langue on peut être davantage accueillant avec sa clientèle. De plus un supplément de 20 euros sur le prix de la chambre pour une nuit pour notre petit chien nous trouvons ça vraiment aberrant. »

« Tout état vraiment très bien ! Et nous avons vraiment énormément apprécié la vue extraordinaire que l'on a depuis la terrasse. Logement de plus très spacieux. Plein de villages charmants aux environs. Macerata est une belle ville aussi. Et la mer n'est pas loin. Top ! »

« This property is fabulous! The gorgeous photos online are exactly what you will find when you arrive. King size beds, modern bathrooms and showers, and beautiful design throughout. The apartments are well stocked and the hosts think of everything to make your stay comfortable. The grounds and pool are amazing and maintained with care, and there are outdoor spaces with new furniture where you can sit and look at the panorama of gorgeous rolling hills. Best hosts we’ve ever had. Highly recommend! »

« "La nostra vacanza a Numana è stata fantastica! L'appartamento era comodo, pulito e fornito di tutto, e la posizione era ideale, a due passi dal mare. Athos è stato davvero gentilissimo e ci ha fornito informazioni utili su zone, ristoranti e spiagge della zona.Il giardino chiuso con la veranda è stato perfetto per goderci il soggiorno con i bambini piccoli, e il parcheggio proprio di fronte all'appartamento è stato un grande vantaggio. Non possiamo che consigliare questo appartamento a chiunque...

« Wir wollten ein Objekt, das nicht in einer Tourismusgegend liegt. Und genau das haben wir bekommen. Ein schönes großes Haus, mit allen Einrichtungsgegenständen, die man benötigt. Alles funktionierte, nur das WiFi war teilweise unterbrochen. Der Vermieter Sergio war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Wer die Gegend erkunden möchte, ist bei diesem Objekt an der richtigen Stelle. Die Marken sind wunderschön, interessant und abwechslungsreich. »

« This property is a hidden gem in Civitanova Marche. The amenities at the property are amazing (hot tub, steam bath, sauna, etc). The living space is beautifully appointed and the kitchen is well stocked. Most amazing is the host! She is incredibly friendly and accommodating. She left us with delicious food and even picked us up from our drop off location. REALLY WONDERFUL experience! »

« Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Die Kommunikation sowie An- und Abreise waren unproblematisch. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. »
