« Convenient location to get around greater Knoxville. Felt safe in the immediate neighborhood. Quick walk across the street to coffee or just a short walk to KBrew. Great pizza at A Dopo for dinner. Easy drive to UT campus. Addressed a few concerns with host and she was quick to respond. »

« Was in town to tour the University of Tennessee with our daughter. This was a perfect spot to spend our few days in Knoxville. Easy on and off the interstate. Felt safe the entire time. We had to pay to park in the lot next to the building, but it was super easy and convenient. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Maybe if our daughter ends up at UTK, we'll be back soon! »

« Loved location and loft style unit. Only issue we head was finding 2nd bedroom was just a mattress on the floor. Oh and the train horn at 11:00pm and 6:00 am horn blasting. »

« The good - Conveniently located downtown for eats/drinks and check-in via codes was easy. The bad - At night time, some folks that were squatting right outside the main entrance/door (and charging their phones) which did not feel very safe since this room is the first one through the main door. Upon entry to the building, there was a legit pile of cleaning supplies, tower fan, paper towels, etc. in 3x large tote bags completely blocking the door. « The location is excellent. We enjoyed being close to everything within walking distance, but not so close that everything is loud. The building felt safe and secure. The bedrooms were tidy and clean enough. The hosts were very responsive and communicative. The space seems ideal for a large party, family reunion, large family, whatever. « Too dirty for the price. Baseboards, throw pillows, bathrooms, and rugs were all dirty. We were only there for one night so it wasn’t worth the trouble of the host getting things cleaned, though they did offer when I communicated upon arrival. Amazing location but I expected a cleaner place. I hope the owners find a better cleaning service! »
