Das Art Nouveau Palace Hotel ist ein sehr gut erhaltenes Jugendstil-Gebäude mit einem sehr hochwertigen Hotelbetrieb. Die Original-Einrichtung ist gut erhalten, die Restaurierung ist bis auf wenige Ausnahmen sorgfältig und geschmackvoll. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, einige Details könnten noch besser sein. Nur ein Spa habe ich ein wenig vermisst.

Leider keine 5 Sterne
Leider läßt die Sauberkeit der Zimmer schwer zu wünschen übrig! Urin auf dem Toilettensitz, dreckige Kissen, im Bad läuft das Wasser kaum ab, im Zimmer wurde vorher geraucht. Über die Aussicht und die Dichtigkeit der Fenster möchte ich mich nicht weiter auslassen. Als wir das Personal auf die Hygienemängel hingewiesen haben, wurde dies großzügig ignoriert!!!😤 5 Sterne? Mit Sicherheit nicht! Im besten Fall 4. Der Concierge Service war eher passiver Natur, da erwarte ich von einem 5 Sterne-Haus mehr Einsatz. Auch beim Auschecken, hat man sich die Frage nach dem Aufenthalt gespart.🤔 Jetzt aber noch was Positives - das Frühstück was reichhaltig und gut. Und auch das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Würde ich wiederkommen? Wahrscheinlich nein. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war ok. Dann zahle ich das nächste Mal lieber mehr und bekomme dafür wirklich 5 Sterne. Schade eigentlich, denn das Haus hat definitiv Potential!

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Man erreicht sowohl den Bahnhof als auch die Altstadt sehr schnell. Das Personal war stets freundlich und das Hotel sehr sauber. Die Zimmer waren groß, die Einrichtung ein wenig altmodisch und nicht wirklich 5 Sterne luxuriös. Das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl und Gute Qualität.

Es war schön, Hotel zentral gelegen, das Wichtigste ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war gut und das Frühstückspersonal sehr fleißig. An der Rezeption wollte man nicht gern Deutsch sprechen und verstehen und das Reinigungspersonal war lange und Laut auf den Fluren und in angrenzenden Zimmern zu schaffen.

Gute Wahl
Das Hotel, der Frühstück war sehr gut. Personal war hilfsbereit. Das einzige was nicht schön war, war der Blick aus den Fenstern. Wir haben nur das Gebäude von gegenüber gesehen. Da wir aber immer weg waren, hat das nicht gestört.

sehr kompetenter Empfang beim Checkin. gut englisch sprechende, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Zimmer wurde aufgrund eines persönlichen hohen Feiertages unaufgefordert upgegradet. Frühstück umfangreich , auch hier geschultes, diskretes aufmerksames Personal. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ok
