This compact yet stylish 21 m² studio was created by a professional designer to maximize comfort and function. The open layout connects the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living/sleeping zone. A king-size elevated bed provides a cozy sleeping nook for 2, while the sofa easily transforms into a second bed for 2 more guests. The bathroom features a modern walk-in shower and washing machine. with dryer. Natural light flows through the tall windows, making the space bright and welcoming.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and complete privacy during their stay.

Kindly be informed that as per legal regulations, we are required to register all guests and collect a city tax of 50 CZK per person per night. We will send you a payment link shortly before your stay or we settle it during check-in. Please note that this includes a small processing fee.
