« Front staff was extremely helpful and kind. Helped us adjust room to suit us better. Gave good parking directions for our trailer. Room had great temperature, clean and comfortable. Restaurant was accommodating to food allergies. Breakfast was included and tasted home cooked. Look forward to staying there again. »

« Check in was horrible, front desk attendant could not explain anything to us during check in. Ran 2 transactions off my card and proceed to run two more without my knowledge. Attempted to run a 5th transaction after I had checked out 2 days later. Result is I have now overpaid for my rooms and after a week have not received a refund for the overpayment. Called and requested the manager call me back after 3 days, (she was sick) and called back a week later and is now on vacation. Attendant that I...

« The hotel is undergoing Reno’s. When we first pulled back the sheets, there was some dried blood, perhaps a worker cut their hand? Staff was super quick to change the sheets. Very nice staff. Breakfast was very good. Real scrambled eggs and delish sausages. »
