« Elevators would randomly stop working. No operable restroom for quest of 1st floor. A/C / Heat did not work. Toilet kept backing up. The carpet in the room stunk. The staff was overwhelmed. Too many negatives to list. »

« The place is being remodeled, it's poor workmanship being done, fire sprinkler head hanging out of wall in 3 floor hallway, toilet paper roll hanger moves in wall and drops toilet paper, shower door rolls open after you close it and leaks , toilet takes two times to flush if you use toilet paper, the bathroom door has no catch latch, room door drags extremely bad when opening or closing..front entrance slider door is in bad condition, breakfast was disgusting...we tossed full plates and payed...

« Staff was very helpful I think if i had one thing to mention would be the parking. Nothing that is the hotels fault in any way. As I understand and have been a part of on the road working teams. We have a hard time finding a parking space as there were several working trucks parked which take more space. Still overall very food and will recommend to stay at. »

« The room overall was clean. The kitchen was clean and stocked with coffee. That was great! The shower floor did not seem clean and felt gritty. There was only one bathroom hook which was too large to hang a bathroom travel bag and was already holding a blow dryer. It was an inconvenience not to hang the toiletry bag inside the bathroom. « There was a bad rain storm the night we stayed and rai. Leaked in the window and onto the window sill. Room (suite) was large. Liked the larger fridge, microwave, and Kerig coffee pot. Beds were too firm, but pillows were nice. »

« Was met at the front desk by a person that either hated her job, or life in general. Not pleasant at all. Found a terrible set up with the bathroom sink located in the hallway between bathroom and bed area. Literally, sink on left side of hall, bathroom on right side. Very awkward.
