A cosy but spacious holiday home a 2-minute walk from Ffrith Beach.

With a King-size bedroom, twin single bedroom and a sofa bed in the 2nd living room, there's room to sleep 5 adults or 4 adults, 2 children and a baby in the cot (available on request).

Includes a private back garden with 6ft fencing (3ft fence at the side of the property), ample parking space on driveway, fully-equipped kitchen, large living room, dining space, new bathroom with a shower only.

There's a King-size master bedroom with wardrobe and dresser, smaller bedroom has two single beds with wardrobe, bathroom has WC, sink and shower (without needing to step over anything). The kitchen has a cooker with oven and stove top, there's a small fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster dishes and utensils. There's a dining space between the kitchen and lounge with space for 5 people to sit. The living room has a 2-seater reclining sofa, and 2 reclining chairs with a TV. The 2nd living room is in the entrance and has a sofa bed. There's a back garden with outdoor dining area and parking in the front garden or on the roadside.

There is a lock box on site to collect and return the key, the code will be provided prior to check in.

Hafan Traeth is located in a peaceful residential area and we therefore ask our guests not to have parties or events at the holiday home.

Small well behaved dogs only are welcome but we would ask that you do not allow them on the furniture.
There is no smoking inside the property.
All bedding and towels are provided, there is a small cot available if requested and a little welcome pack will be there on your arrival.
