We had a boat with us and the houses are so close together with minimal parking, so it made it difficult for us. Didn’t love the placement of the hot tub as it provided no privacy from neighbors so we didn’t even use it. „The interior was pleasant. The mattresses are soft. The exterior needs some work. A walkway to the entry would have been helpful with a rail up the cement steps for safety. The BBQ grill didn't have gas, but it was near a field of weeds and we didn't want to chance starting a fire, so we opted not to use it. There were no steps into the hot tub and no walkway to the tub which is situated on dirt with weeds and thistles surrounding it.“
