The location is far behind the owners home and gives the feeling of camping in a fairly remote area. Pictures show a water trike and that is, in fact, there. It was easy enough for my grandkids to use and added a really nice touch to the stay. There is no plumbing and a portapotty is outdoors near the porch. We didnât love that but it did give a sense of camping while still being indoors with a comphy bed. We enjoyed a late night fire with a sky full of stars in a pretty setting. We have family in the area and will definitely stay again.
It was the perfect escape and disconnect. We stayed when it got pretty cold at night and we stayed nice and warm. It was close enough to local attractions and places to eat but secluded enough at night to see the stars and have a bonfire. We loved it!
We were visiting family in Alliance. We have six kids so we needed a place for half the family (4) while the other half stayed at families house.
This was perfect and my son and I enjoyed fly fishing the blue gill in the pond every morning before heading to Alliance.
I am a veteran and appreciated the patriotic decor as well.
Thanks for a great stay!
We appreciated the host meeting us upon arrival, orienting us to the room, and providing us with his own fresh eggs. We were able to hear spring peepers sing as the eclipse reduced lighting. We enjoyed interacting with him, his family, and pets.
