You’re just a short, scenic boat ride from Lake Murray’s favorite spots, including N`Acho Margarita, Martin`s Landing, and Lake Murray Resort.

Need a boat? Lake Murray Boat Rentals is just a quick drive away—or better yet, give them a call and ask about their delivery and pickup service to have a boat waiting at your private dock when you arrive!

Guest Amenities:
• Outdoor Fire Pit: Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit! Firewood can be found at the Station 2 in Prosperity, right near Dreher Island!
• Beach Towels: We do not provide these but these can be found at the Lowes Foods in Chapin, or the Walmart in Newberry.

House Rules & Important Information
To ensure a wonderful experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following:
• No parties or events are permitted. If a gathering occurs, guests will be asked to end it immediately. A second occurrence will result in cancellation without a refund.
• This is a strictly no smoking and no vaping property—thank you for helping us keep the home fresh for everyone.
• The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
• Pets are not allowed at this home.
• Winter Note: During winter months, the lake water level is lower. The beautiful view remains the same, though water depth at the dock may be reduced.
