Hotel Protem

« Everything was perfect for a family of four. We had adjoining rooms. Everything was remarkably clean and welcoming. The front desk was helpful when I was asking questions. Plenty of parking! »

« Very friendly staff and location was convenient. We stayed over 4th of July and the staff allowed us to use their lawn chairs and reserved space for us to watch the Hollister firework show directly behind the inn. Our seats were perfect to watch the fireworks that evening and we had an enjoyable stay. We will be back again »

« Above average free breakfast and free shuttle to resort locations.Theming was great! »

« We were excited to visit Branson, but was very disappointed with our room at the Best Western, the first room we were given was very wet and musty, we spoke with the daytime person on duty the next morning he was very helpful and moved us to a different room, and had a dehumidifier in the room for us, it made a difference for us, however still on the low end of what we had expected… Good breakfast, accommodating workout room…unless Best Western has some major upgrades in that facility, we...

« The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. « Great Property »

« Love the room. I wish communication was better. And I wish the parking was better. Love everything else. Really love the bed slept so good. »

« We had a room on the top floor and getting up there could definitely be a challenge for some, there is an elevator but only on one side of the building. The top balcony was extremely slanted and made everyone feel dizzy as they walked to and from the room. The room smelled musty and mildew-y when we first opened the door, it was much worse in the bathroom. We went swimming in the pool, which looks MUCH nicer online than in person. After we showered and smelled our swimsuits, they all smelled...

« Never saw anyone that worked there until when we were pulling out to leave for home. No one there to check in had to do it by phone with the street noise in the background. »

« Very nice hotel…we have stayed there many times and will be back again. »

« This is one of the nicest stays we have ever had in Branson, and we visit several times a year. It was beautiful, clean and the ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful. Amazing! We will be back! »

« Everything was great, until the second night when we went grill steaks for dinner. The outdoor grill wouldn’t lite. I called the front desk, maintenance came right away and tried to fix it. When they couldn’t, they replaced it either brand new one. Dinner was saved. Service was fantastic!!! »

« Adorable cabin. Had everything we needed. Helpful when had a few questions. »
