15 rue Conant, unité 1; Premier étage d'une maison. Actuellement mis en place pour être une location du samedi au samedi (une semaine ou plus) en saison. 3 nuits minimum sauf juillet / août. Tous les 3 BR ont des lits queen size; Central A / C; patio extérieur et grill; Deux nouvelles salles de bains: une avec double vasque; plancher radiant; nouvelle baignoire avec gradateur de douche et portable; armoires à pharmacie éclairées. Deuxième bain a une douche complète; plancher radiant; armoire à pharmacie éclairée; chaises de plage et serviettes fournies; diner pour 6; câble étendu, TVHD / Internet / DVD; nouveaux appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable, y compris un grand réfrigérateur; mircrowave; lave-vaisselle et élimination; parking dédié prévu pour une voiture; en face de la salle de sport Mussel Beach, dans la rue depuis le Boatslip, le Monkey Bar, le Joon Bar, le Liz's Cafe et à quelques pas du Red Inn. Location de vélos pratique sont juste autour du coin. Voulez-vous cuisiner dans la cuisine récemment mise à jour? Vous pouvez vous rendre au supermarché Stop n Shop à proximité ou au marché aux poissons de Macs sur Shankpainter Rd. Ou traînez sur notre terrasse extérieure avec un verre de vin ou un cocktail et détendez-vous !!! Solide 5 étoiles avec de nombreux invités de retour annuel. Rejoignez-nous.

Amazing spot for your Provincetown stay....

This cozy place was the perfect spot for our group of friends to spend time together and serve as our home base in Ptown. Location cannot be beat, close to literally everything, located on a quiet street but steps to the thrum of Commercial street. Nicely decorated and a kitchen to die for, great if you are looking to cook, one of the best supplied kitchens I've ever rented. Highly recommended all around.

We spent a week at Leigh’s gorgeous home this summer, and let me tell you, it’s absolutely amazing! The place is packed with all the amenities you could ever want. The best part? There’s a porch with a retractable awning that’s perfect for relaxing and sipping on cocktails in the evenings. The house itself is beautifully decorated and equipped. There’s a cozy living room with games to keep us entertained during our downtime. And the bathrooms? They’re spotless and have plenty of space for all our guests. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need, from appliances to tools. But what really sets this home apart is the location. It’s just perfect! It’s right across the street from one of P-Town’s busiest gyms and a short walk to the Boatslip Resort. We had an incredible time, and Leigh was always there to answer any questions we had. Overall, it was an A week with A accommodations. I highly recommend this wonderful house to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Amazing Stay

This property was a beautiful and clean place. The location was perfectly within walking distance to everything in town. The host was very communicative and available for any questions. He made the stay smooth and enjoyable! Our entire group loved this stay!

Great place, great location!

The six of us (three couples) enjoyed our stay in this beautiful rental. From the modern and comfy decor and furniture, to the soft beds (we all slept very well!), to morning coffee on the deck, this place was a treat. Not to mention that it’s in a fantastic location! Leigh was very communicative and I never had to wait long for a reply when I had a question. Highly recommended!

Easy getaway

A great condo for our family of 4 (parents, teen, and tween)! The location was quiet, yet close enough to walk to coffee/restaurants, shops, bike rentals, MacMillan Pier, etc. We could spread out when we needed to and hang out together in the evenings: comfy beds and up-to-date bathrooms, and the large kitchen island worked for board games during our down time, too. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment and plates, utensils, glasses, etc. It was nice to have off-street parking for peace of mind as well. Overall, a great place to stay!

Holly folly weekend

Stayed in Ptown for the weekend with friends and family. The place was wonderful, as pictured, beautiful updated bathrooms. Plenty of room for 3 couples. Easy walk into town to all the shops and restaurants. Kitchen has everything you need if cooking in.

The unit was well appointed (Maytag appliances, furniture, TV, A/C, etc.) and tastefully decorated. Everything appeared to be in great condition, especially the two bathrooms, and very clean. It's wonderful to have small appliances (toaster, coffee maker) and kitchen tools (knives, spatulas, cutting boards, pots and pans, cutlery) available; there wasn't one single thing that we needed that wasn't somewhere in the kitchen. Although close to Commercial Street (where all of the shopping, dining, and events are), it was a quiet street. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they responded immediately if we had questions. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Checks every box

We have stayed in our fair share of rentals around town, and this was probably the best to date. The place is exactly as described, cleaner than clean, and Leigh was a great host to work with. The location is our favorite (West End, close enough to be quickly walkable, but just far enough from Commercial to be quiet), but we also enjoyed just having cocktails on the deck. We will definitely be back.

Great location!

Leigh's house was great. It's in the perfect location, very close to everything we'd want to get to; we didn't even need bikes to get around because we could walk everywhere. Fit 6 of us comfortably. Would recommend just for the location.

Cute Ptown Bungalow in the Perfect Location

My buddies and I had a great stay, highly recommend! Steps from all that Commercial Street has to offer. We especially enjoyed hanging out and grilling on the patio.

A lovely stay!

The condo is perfectly located, fully stocked, and thoughtfully designed with lots of beautiful art. The parking spot is tandem with the upstairs unit, but Leigh is a great host and shared the other unit’s information with us ahead of time so we could coordinate. Great Location, Even Better Communication

Leigh’s home was the perfect spot to stay during our trip. Personally we think Conant St. is one of the best in town as it is so centrally located and this property was no exception! Leigh was also great with communication and checked in several times to make sure there was nothing we needed.

Perfect get away

This is our 2nd stay at this location. It truly is a home away from home. It is perfectly located and our entire week was a walking vacation. The owners have thought to stock the house with everything you could need or want. A heads up on parking at the unit - if you have a large SUV or oversized car, parking will be very snug but at least there is parking dedicated to the unit. Owners communicate very well and are super responsive to any inquiries. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Great location and space!

The condo was in a great location for us and had just the right amount of space for the 6 of us. Parking spot and a cute little patio with awning and bbq grill. The unit while not terribly large has two nice updated bathrooms and 3 queen beds. Washer-Dryer and kitchen nicely stocked… Would recommend too!
