« La posizione dell’appartamento e il riscaldamento sono ottimali, ma i lati positivi finiscono qui… La pulizia inesistente, capelli e sporcizia ovunque, in cucina si convive con una perdita dal soffitto, porta del corridoio senza mostrine e impossibile da chiudere. Le chiavi dell’appartamento tutte unte. Il pavimento? Sono più puliti e dritti i sanpietrini di Roma! Il camino carino e funzionante, ma una diavolo di scopa per togliere i resti della legna la vogliamo fornire agli ospiti? Che dire…...

« The host ended up being extremely kind but we never received any communication or confirmation from the host after booking. Our rental was paid in full at the time of booking and we received confirmation from VRBO about our upcoming stay (address, etc) but no response from our host when I sent her a couple different messages. The day we arrived, we tried calling the host and got no answer but we randomly ran into her on the street near the rental. She apologized and said she was having issues...
