„Kleines Ferienhaus in verkehrsgünstiger Lage, PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Für nicht-Süditalien-gewöhnte durch die Straße und die Nachbarschaft (Pizzeria) vielleicht etwas laut. Das Haus hat eine Art Wintergarten, in dem es im Sommer nur bei Öffnung aller Türen und Fenster auszuhalten ist; im Garten gibt es aber etwas Schatten.
