About 7,000 sq ft: 9 bedrooms, including 3 master suites and 4 more king bedrooms, a bunk room with 6 full-over-full bunks, and a room with 2 full beds. 15 beds, sleeps 24, 7 full bathrooms. Hot tub, barrel sauna, fire pit, EV chargers and lots of parking. Room for your whole family to spread out.

Bring the whole family or the whole crew. Provo Riverhouse is a new luxury lodge on the banks of the Provo River in Vivian Park, made for family reunions, multi-family ski weeks, summer river trips, retreats, and milestone celebrations. First stays begin November 1, 2026.

There are nine bedrooms in all: three master suites and four more king bedrooms (7 king beds), a bunk room with 6 full-over-full bunk beds, and a room with 2 full beds, so the whole group of up to 24 has a comfortable place to land. 7 full bathrooms, including 2 super deluxe bathrooms with freestanding soaking tubs, keep mornings moving.

The main floor has a great room with a fireplace, dining for the full group, and a large kitchen with a big island, plus a second kitchen for big meals or catering. You also get a recreation room, movie room, den, office, mudroom, and laundry. The heated game garage, about 850 square feet, is being finished now.

Summer here is all about the river. The Provo River runs right out back, and it's one of Utah's best-known blue-ribbon trout streams, so you can fly fish steps from the house. Spend your days tubing, rafting, paddleboarding, and kayaking, or just enjoying all kinds of river activities with the whole group. Guided trips run on the river nearby. After a day on the water, gather on the riverbank, soak in the hot tub, or sit around the fire pit as the canyon cools off. The paved Provo River Parkway starts at the house for biking past Bridal Veil Falls into Provo and Orem, and a community park with a fishing pond and kids' play areas is right next door.

Outside you have river frontage, a private hot tub, a barrel sauna, a propane fire pit, parking for 10+ vehicles on site, and three EV chargers.

In winter, ski and snowboard at Sundance Mountain Resort just up the canyon, with Park City resorts about an hour away. Year-round you're close to horseback riding at Sundance, Deer Creek Reservoir for boating, Midway and Heber for hot springs and Swiss Days, and BYU game days and the Freedom Festival in Provo.
