« This property has so much potential however the host’s attitude and some of the amenities or lack of made it unpleasant. We arrived late afternoon after a long flight and drive to the property only to find that many basics were missing i.e. one towel and face cloth for two people and no top sheet or blanket on bed. The description and photos of the property on the VRBO site were very different than the reality. The hosts seemed eager to to fix any issues for a day, however, became quickly...

« The house was overall just OK. There were ants in the bathroom and kitchen upon arrival. This was a constant nuisance during our stay, even after cleaning by the house manager. Spider webs on the ceilings and high up on the walls. Cockroach in the bathroom sink at night. Needs a deep cleaning for sure. Beds were very hard. Not a comfortable place to sit anywhere in the house. We would not return in the future. »

« Un personnel exemplaire! Merci à Alan, Max, Pablo, Primi et tous les autres qui avaient toujours une belle attention pour nous. La bouffe du resto est excellente. La piscine est très bien rénovée. Il reste encore un peu de travail de rénovation dans l’hôtel pour que ce soit parfait. Lieu tranquille et très bien tenu. Une petite marche dans un sentier éclairé mais avec une colline à monter est nécessaire depuis Zipolite pour se rendre à l’hôtel. Nous recommandons à 100%. »
