1st time stay at a condo we always stay in a house. 1st night my son was in the pool cut his foot with glass that was in the pool! Looked for employees no where in sight had to go get security who was the only person who can help that was onsite. Asked for a 1st Aid kit they didn’t have nor one bandage. My son bleed outside of the pool no one cleaned up the security only took out big pieces from pool never closed down the pool had to tell personnel the next morning about it because he stated no one told him and he went and shut it down. Till 12pm we put chairs and warned ppl as they approached the swimming area. Called my hostess never responded till next day didn’t try to make it right when I told him we had to drive at night to the nearest Walmart to buy bandages and ointment to clean my son’s wounds. Next day we had to ask for toilet paper n towels they didn’t have enough. Also no family games no spices no extra pillows or blankets. The location of the place was prime for that I give them 5 Stars but services and Alfredo 0 stars. He could of tried to make it right we where to stay 3 days but we cut our trip short to two days.
