This brand-new 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom condo in the Barcelona Building at Las Palomas Phase 3 offers 3,500 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space. It comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy a high-end stay in Puerto Peñasco.



Filled with natural light, the space features warm wood accents, arched architectural details, and soft neutral tones that create a welcoming, tranquil atmosphere. The open-concept layout includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a water filtration system, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. A large island offers additional space for prepping meals or gathering with others.



The main living area includes plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open to a private terrace with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez—perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink.
