The rooms are really lovely and thoughtfully laid out. And they have maintained the hotel beautifully. Although it has been functioning for many years, it appears to be brand new. Also the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

The property is in a very nice, quiet area & within walking distance to Koregaon Park which has many shops & restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful, attentive & accomodating & made my stay very comfortable. The room was clean & well equipped but could be spruced up a bit, especially the curtains/blinds. The food was good, but mostly Indian. Would recommend they have more of Continental/Asian cuisines. Would definitely stay there again & recommend it to friends. Overall 7/10 Nice stay and great location.
The overall stay was excellent, and the staff was generally accommodating and smiling. The breakfast food quality was not good as we expected, but the dining in-room service was excellent. Housekeeping was excellent. Parking is the issue with very narrow, limited spaces you must ask reception to reserve. There were a few very lovely guys smiling Always and greeting you with lots of positivity, including Mr Eknath Shinde and Amol from the restaurant. They both are accommodating. The restaurant I will give it 9/10. Reception staff that I will give a 5/10 and needs improvement. Security Staff I will give 6/10, but I like Sardar Jee very nice and helpful early morning shift. Please don't ask the hotel to arrange airport pickup and drop off as their Sudan cars are not good enough in terms of Capacity and condition. Better you use OLA or Uber. Overall I will give them 7/10 and would love to book them again.I spent three weeks and will write my review in more details next time.

Very spacious and clean; probably the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at before. I liked having a kitchenette, a lounging area, and balcony in addition to the bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast had many options. Also enjoyed using the pool table downstairs.

Only negative thing was that my bed sheet had some stains on it. All the rest, food, staff, and facilities were good enough.

airport transportation, check-in and check-out were smooth. the room was clean and comfortable. the spread offered at breakfast was extensive, varied, tasty, and offered with smiles and cheer. every staff member we spoke to was courteous and professional, and seemed genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Great Location, High Quality
It is a great location, nestled in a quiet area, but yet accessible to great food outlets in the vicinity. The hotel itself is good value for money with it's pricing, and they are very flexible in handling guest requirements.

We Always stay at Oakwood apartments when in pune. Very convenient apartments near koregaon park. Good service and friendly, helpful staff. Kitchenette was well equipped and living room comfortable. Verandah gives that openness to the apartment. Was nice to enjoy tea there though not much view. Breakfast layout was good. We are vegetarian n there was enough for vegetarians to have. We ordered a waffle n really enjoyed it. Room service too was efficient n prompt. These apartments give all the home comforts and we really enjoyed our stay. 1 thing I have to point out that I specially liked was that the rooms were nice and brightly lit. Small desk in living room made it easy to work on laptop. We did not have much time to avail of all the facilities but the hotel has a good gym and a decent pool.

perfect stay!
This place is a home away from home. The apartment/room is very comfortable, the staff is very friendly, food is good and atmosphere is pleasant. It is also quiet which is very tough in a city in India. Because it is on a smaller road, off of a bigger road, there is less traffic and is quiet but still close to shops and things (10-15 min walk to FabIndia!).

Nothing negative to say - welcoming, comfortable, helpful staff and good location for shopping, films etc. Other good places are now quite a long way from Poona Camp where we prefer to shop.

A really nice hotel… definitely worth it
Didn't realize this was an extended stay hotel but it was a non issue. The room was bedroom, sitting room etc were all great. The breakfast was good.

good hotel in Koreagon Park
I stayed at Oakwood Residence for 5 nights in February. As I expect it and I am used from Oakwood the service personell is exceptionally friendly, but - unfortunately- regarding the execution of the service, it really depends with whom you are dealing... Trying to book a pickup from the airport a few days prior to my stay didn't work at all: I called and wanted wanted to book a pick up from the airport, but was asked to write an email. After doing so, I never got an answer. Even after a reminder, I still got no answer, so arriving at Pune airport I had to organize the transport to the hotel by myself. Anyhow during my stay, the personell was really friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is not the newest, rooms (including kitchenette) are quite nice and clean. You don't really need a room with balcony since you won't stay long outside because it is quite loud. To be able to use the laundry room (one on each floor) is quite handy. If you have to iron your laundry there is a iron and ironing board in your room. What I didn't like about the room: The carpet in the living area appeared to be quite old and kind of dirty. My iron was broken.

Clean hotel with a great restaurant
The hotel was in great condition. The lobby was small and tidy, nothing special but we weren't too concerned about the size of the lobby. The rooms were modern and clean. It was nice to have a kitchenette space for making tea and preparing snacks. The best part of the hotel was the amazing restaurant. It wasn't a big restaurant but everything we ordered was amazing. The wait staff was really polite as well. The only issue I could see was that they wanted us to download an app on our phone called "Ola" which is like an uber for India. All we asked for was a cab at the front desk and they gave us some incomprehensible reason for not being able to call us a cab from their phone. They wanted us to get the Ola app. We are foreigners and our American phone was not compatible with the app. No one explained any of this to us and it was a bit confusing as to why they couldn't just call us a taxi.

It is an excellent located property. Breakfast was good and changed everyday which was a good move. Service was fabulous. The only thing they need to change is the quality of towels which is ordinary. Rest everything is good about the property. A definitely recommended property when staying in Pune

We booked a group to stay at the Naylor Rd. Oakwood residence. The hotel is very clean, and comfortable place to rest. In terms of your return on quality vs. price, I think it would be very difficult to beat this place. The hotel is nice because it feels less like a hotel and more like a upper class apartment. When you arrive in the evening it feels more like coming home, than coming to a rented room.

I selected this property as it was quite near to my project location & had pretty good reviews at hotels.com website. Loved the property as it was extremely well maintained with very helpful staff. It remitted the warmth of being at home. I can safely recommend this one to any future guest.

The apartment hotel is well located near Blue Doamond Taj and is in a quiet leafy neighbourhood. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The rooms were clean, the facilities, bed, linen, etc were clean and well maintained. The kitchenette is well equipped but they could have added some kitchen towels or rolls. The bathroom is very small. I was told that all bathroons are the same (30 sq ft or less). For a 6 feet tall man, you have to sit sideways on the seat. There is no storage place for bags either. That is a bit thoughtless. The service is good, the b/f is excellent and the satff are very helpful. For room service the prawn pasta was less than average but the grilled sole was good.

Zweiter Aufenthalt in den Oakwood Residences, und wie beim ersten Mal exzellenter Serice, und schoene Zimmer.
