Wonderful stay directly on the beach! The apartment was beautiful and clean exactly as advertised. Each bedroom has an ensuite, plus an extra halfbath. An extra air mattress was quickly delivered and fresh water sent quickly when requested. The Jumbo grocery store was a 5 Lyft each way, and inexpensive for food and supplies. The grill did not work but we otherwise had the basics to cook for 7 people for the week. There are also multiple restaurants and beach clubs nearby within walking distance. The beach itself was a dream. Gorgeous sunrises from the balcony and amazing unobstructed views. We didn’t have to worry about getting up early for chairs; we wandered down when we were ready and every day got a front row set up under umbrellas for our entire group without issue. No fighting for chairs like at the resorts! The beach is wide and clean though there was some seaweed as to be expected in January. There was a minor hiccup with pickup from the airport that we’d arranged through them and when we arrived there was no one to meet us and let us in. However once we arrived someone appeared once they knew we were there. If you arrange pickup through them, definitely use What’s App for quicker response, and be in constant contact on arrival. We arranged departure transport through them also and had no issues so maybe our arrival issues were an anomaly. Overall it was a wonderful stay; if we ever return we will definitely come back, and have already recommended it to friends!

Short walk down the beach; if you’re a beach walker you can walk for miles in either direction.

Wonderful property

We loved our stay and appreciated that everything was as advertised. The ocean beach front view was priceless—we woke up early to watch the sunrise from the balcony. Really like that the bedrooms are split between the 1st and 2nd floor.

Awesome View

The condo is located in the Los Corales Beach community, and is, as advertised, beach/ocean front - a truly great view. There are on-the-beach restaurants on either side of the condo, as well as further down the beach. Management was quick to respond when needed, and were very friendly. They also have an excursion booking service that we took advantage of. We booked (among other things) a night at the Coco Bongo nightclub. The event was to provide transportation from the condo to the venue, which they failed to do in a timely manner. By the time they figured out the mistake the show had already started. So rather than be late and miss part of the show I had paid for I cancelled. Punta Cana Adventures refunded the entire $$ amount the very next morning - a real class act !! I would definitely repeat my stay in this unit if I came back to Punta Cana!

excellent location

This property's location is excellent. You have a magnificent ocean view and ocean breeze. We had some minor issues with check-in and cleanliness which can be addressed with proper maintenance. For example, the bathrooms can use major cleanliness. We ended up buying cleaning products to clean them. One of the beds came apart when our friends went to sit down. The bed just needs to be replaced since it cannot be fixed. The stove's knobs seemed as if they had not been cleaned in some time. These are all minor issues that with proper maintenance will make this location one of the best ones. I would still stay again and I highly recommend it. The management of the property was very attentive and interested in addressing our issues. We received calls from them every day. But unfortunately, we were in/out and we ended missing their phone calls. Please do not let these minor issues prevent you from staying on this property. You are not going to regret it. As I said, I would stay here the next time I visit Punta Cana. Many thanks, Vasiliy, Sergio, and the rest of the crew. One more thing, we loved the area because it is away from the noise of the streets and restaurants and markets are within walking distance. WE are planning to go back to DR and we will stay with Vasiliy

We had a great time!

Overall the apartment was very clean, very spacious, and adequately furnished. The location was good and convenient to many places to eat , shop, and excursion were available onsite and nearby. The convenience to the beach was awesome, however we did hit the tail end of the seaweed season. The view was very good, however from about noon to about 11:00 pm, this beach location is a happening place, so do not expect any peace and quite except between 11:00pm to about 11:00am (which is not that bad at all). Overall we felt very safe in this area, and we found most of the people were very friendly. I would give an overall rating of 4.5 out of 5. The only reason that I did not give a 5 would be that several of the plumbing fixture (shower heads especially) needed to be replaced, stove in kitchen works but needs to be updated, and the water on location was beautiful for swimming, but not good for snorkeling on site (very good snorkeling nearby on very affordable excursions). Recommendations: Citrus (excellent restaurant within walking distance); Le Madison (very good Restaurant within walking distance); onsite gourmet popsicle shop (homemade and very tasty); Catalina Island excursion (great price, great snorkeling, fun boat ride, mediocre buffet, well worth the 90 minute commute); mini speed boat/snorkeling excursion (cheep, you can negotiate price, amount of people per boat, and pay for more time on water if you like). Tips: don't plan excursion ahead of time, find a vender on the beech that you like, and haggle! Arron was the name of our guy, he was awesome! He is connected with store #3 in shopping strip on the same beach.

Gorgeous view

This was a great property. The views are absolutely stunning!! We traveled with our 3 small children and it was great to be right on the beach. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, there is a community pool and a spa right around the corner. Vasiliy and Anna were quick to answer any questions and help arrange for transportation. The only thing to note is on the weekends, the music is very loud next door, but it quieted down during the weekdays. Overall we had a fantastic stay in this apartment.

Breathtaking views and amazing ocean breeze!

Wonderful spot in the middle of one of the best beaches in the DR! The house is nice and clean. The AC could have been better functioning (some of the ac units I think were a bit undersized for the size of the rooms), but still comfortable enough to Gea good night sleep. Overall, the views were worth the price of admission. You can’t find another place as close to the beach as this property. Anna and vasiliy were always quick to respond met every want and need.

This is a great location right off the beach. Everything from communication response time and location was superb. Some seaweed along shoreline but it's still a beautiful beach. My only problem is the 6 towels and no face towels. We enjoyed our stay over all. I would definitely recommend again.

Amazing vacation home!

This place is breathtaking. The host, Jose, was very welcoming and even gave us some hints on the best restaurants, of which we loved them all. The house was clean, spacious, well equipped, and the location is just perfect. The view is one that I use to see onky in magazines, and I finally experienced it in reality for the first time here. We didn't want to leave, neither dod our two children. They enjoyed the freedom of being able to run on to the beach and back to the house as they wanted. We had a great stay and will return to stay here again.

Gorgeous location on Bavaro Beach!

We loved the location and the proximity to restaurants, stores and pretty much everything you need. The balcony is one of the best spots in Punta Cana! There is a nice breeze that really helped on the hottest days. The apartment is up four flights of stairs, so it would be good to know that in advance, just in case stairs are an issue for you. (No elevator.) The place could use a little paint and clean drapes, and maybe a few new pots and pans, but overall it was a great place to stay in a great location. One recommendation: It would be great if they had a book for the apartment with information about the surrounding areas, like grocery stores and restaurants, money exchange, giving 24 hours notice to get clean towels, as well as information about the apartment itself and a map of the area. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay there again. We can't imagine staying anywhere else when we go back!

AMAZING VIEWS

The views from this beautiful apartment are amazing. So much activity going on the shore, boating, wind surfers, etc. My granddaughter enjoyed a 'bubble" show at one of the resorts down the beach. We also went to Macao Beach where my grandchildren learned how to surf. I highly recommend stopping at this beach. The evenings are filled with many activities. My son n law and myself went to the Hard Rock Casino and gambled one night, about a 25 minute drive. They have Burger King and KFC, and other American fast foods. Take to the beach and have a great time.

Amazing location and helpful staff

Great decks and literally on the Beach! You can walk right onto the soft sand and to the lounge chairs and the amazingly warm water. 3 markets in short walking distance as well as multiple great restaurants. Our favorites were Citrus, Pastrata Punta Cana,and Dalia for our daily cappaccinos or breakfast. Also, the best little bar and quick meal right outside the apartment and to the left on the sand. It's the tourist area so not super inexpensive, but reasonable. Be sure to use the helpful staff of Everything Punta Cana to set up tours, taxis, and getting what you need. Anna was amazing. Even though Punta Cana is the tourist area, you need to have bottled water changed out and such, and Anna not only took care of all of our needs so quickly, but gave lots of good practical advice. I want to say again how by taking care of important details that Anna was a big difference in the ease of our stay. We were off season, so the seaweed was in and it has a bit of an aroma, but not a problem. Easy to schedule everything (must do Saona Island, Scape Park and parasailing were great) and get into the restaurants, probably because it was off season. If you go off season, go into it knowing it will be a bit humid and you'll be using a lot of bottled water and you will have a great time.

Great location and restaurants

Our family of six loved staying at the apartment in Los Corales Beach Village. The location was one of the best on Bavaro Beach and we loved that the apartment was literally right on the beach. The small beach restaurant and juice bar next door was a huge plus! Great food and drinks every time we ate there. The village restaurants were all fantastic and it was fun getting the true Dominican experience walking into town and shopping at the local markets. The apartment was a little worn and needed some TLC. A dishwasher would be nice as well as "instant" hot water. The deck table chairs were a little shabby as well as a few table inside. Overall, it didn't bother us but would have been nice to see attention to detail in a place that has such a wonderful location. The master bath mirror was fairly dirty and the apartment overall could have been a bit cleaner. We loved that the apartment was spacious and we could spread out a bit. We couldn't get WIFI downstairs and the TV didn't work. A bit disappointing. The beach was incredible but the water was a little "weedy" and the weeds washed up onto the beach a bit. Again, it didn't bother us but may bother others. The beach chairs weren't always available because they were locked up. We had to call a few times to get help with this. Alex was super helpful and fun to talk with. Overall I would give the apartment a 9 out of 10. We had a fabulous time!!
