« Great property had everything that u would and could need very clean and spacious felt right at home. The only issue was we weren’t alerted as to an issue with the pool and when the pool guy would be coming. Came home to a guy in the lanai of then found out it was the pool guy and then woke up to one in the back yard maybe put up some blinds to the back window so it’s more private. Other than that great stay. »

« The host, Christian, were very accommodating; they even had complimentary refreshments waiting for us in the fridge! The property met our special need and the location is great. Near downtown Punta Gorda, both quaint and hip. It is also dog friendly and convenient to several parks, restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again. :) »

« We loved this place. It's cute, waterfront, secluded, with access to the Peace River. We were so happy there, we asked to stay an extra couple days. It would have been nice if the owner had not charged us a double cleaning fee, when the place was not cleaned twice. Owner did not respond to our attempts to reach him about this. Shady rental, overall. »

« Stove top was a mess, lots of piled drywall dust in a lot of corners, the stove is a flat one, I took cleaner and a razor blade to it! I didn’t dare us the burners until I got the scum off them! It looks great now 👍 the house itself is big, spacious and beautiful! Also every mirror had a film on it, along with the glass kitchen table , so I cleaned all the mirrors and in All 4 bedrooms, and the glass tops in the living room! 👍 »

« Parents and 5 adult children visiting family. The house is very comfortable, clean and well stocked ie shampoo, hairdryer, hair straightener, iron and kitchen stuff. Hot tub was prefect! Day trip to Sanibel and Captiva and 45 min. to Venice. Sherry was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this house. »

« We had a group of 5 stay in the house for 6 nights. Every need we had- from docking a boat to cooking and hanging out together- was met. The place exceeded our expectations with cleanliness and having what we needed. Unlike some rentals, this was a well-stocked home including coolers, floats, and plenty of towels. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The only thing we lacked for was a giant stockpot for our shrimp boil. We just used a couple medium pots. The home was clean and even smelled...

« Had an extended Prospect Wire tournament in the area with my oldest son. The house was PERFECT! The remodel was done really well. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We needed an extra night at the last minute and the host was extremely accommodating with our schedule and our needs. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay at a great house. »

« We booked this for my nieces wedding that was on Grace Island, the house was exactly like the pictures had everything you needed just bring your clothes!! Would definitely book this again. Anytime I communicated with the owner he responded within minutes. Asked to check in early because we arrived a little earlier than expected was no issue. »
