« The accommodation was great but the checkin process was not the best. 3 phone numbers were provided and I had to call each one multiple times before I managed to talk to someone to get checkin instructions »

You are outside of a locked door on a street with grafiti. Then a man who works there will come after 30 minutes of standing and ask you if you have a booking , and he unlocks the door to show you the room. Rooms are clean...
