« An absolutely perfect getaway spot! Beautiful rooms, great service, and an ideal location. Highly recommend and we will be going back. »

« Wonderful place… clean, cosy room, comfy bed, friendly staff, great breakfast. Delightful location near Norman Rockwell museum. »

« Lovely property.unique historic buildings and rooms with updated amenities! Quiet and peaceful beautiful dinner! »

The room was charming and comfortable with period details, a comfortable bed, small sitting area, tall ceiling, a small wall mounted TV, and a fireplace (nonfunctional) with mantle. The bathroom is nice, but the shower stall is tight. The inn is conveniently located just down the hill from Lenox...

« December 2018 The room was super cold when we arrived. we had to push up the heater to feel comfortable. The bathroom was very difficult to heat and never got dry during our stay (2 nights), the tiles stayed wet all along, which was, during winter time, quite unpleasant and also dangerous because it was slippery. The bathtub was not the cleanest we saw (the ceramic was grey inside instead of white) was it old or just not well cleaned..., don't know. We haven't try the TV. Bed OK. The wifi...

« The Whitlock was OK. Nothing special, nothing terrible. It is bare bones. At least they had a coffee machine »

« Very low cost hotel. Check in fast with camera, no one was there. The pool broken, closed. The wort was the smell. Very bad. Never again. »
