If another tenant had not assisted me I have no idea how long I would have been waiting out front to enter. The owner was informed and offered a gift card, but nobody attended to fix it while I was there. “

The building is very secure, with your own parking spot it he garage and pool/BBQ area were a plus. The unit could use a deep clean, it's showing a bit of wear in the carpet and bathroom.
