Dear Haim We hope you are doing well, we would like to share with all the readers about your stay at Hotel San Bada, unfortunately, the next day of your arrival to the hotel, you called from desk and informed us that you had a last minute situation and you must to leave the country, we asked you the reason and you just said that your plans have changed , we explained to you about the cancelation policy and even asked you to write an email to our manager explaining the reason of your early departure in order for us to consider to give you a refund, but you refused to do it, we did not understand why, probably because there was no valid reason for a refund, we are always open to negotiate with our guests, when something is wrong or when there is a emergency o last minute situation, but we never even have a complaint from you.We wish you the best and hope you have enjoyed your visit to Costa Rica.
