« The host never called me. A property manager showed up eventually and told us the property was not inhabitable and never should have been listed!! He placed us i another property for the night with no running water a toilets didnt flush. We keft the property at 6:30am the next morning abd checked into the hotel Delfin. I still have not herd from the owner and have not been refunded the full rental. »

« Small car is better; must be automatic transmission to ascend steep hill and park. View from balcony enjoyed every day, both morning and sunset. Only the bedroom has A/C. Close to touristy Manuel Antonio, but nature at the house was just as good, maybe better: monkeys on the mango tree; macaws nearby. Favorite restaurant was recommended by host: Emillio’s Cafe in the daylight! Enjoyed meeting the family and practicing our Spanish (but English is fine). Quepos is a lovely town with a park and...

« Completed a wonderful week long stay at Casa Serena. The house was in great condition. There were plentiful pool and beach towels, and pool floats. The house concierge, Wai, took care of all of our excursion planning and checked in on us throughout the trip. The housekeeper, Gera, did a wonderful job, and a bonus that we didn’t expect was laundry cleaned and folded daily! The town of Manuel Antonio was lovely, with tons of great restaurants.
