« This is a really nice property, kept very clean, with all the amenities you might need. We had a great stay with our 1 year old son. There’s lots of fun stuff to do in the basement and a nice park nearby. There was no sauna while we were there though and the backyard is not fenced in. »

« I did not receive the check in information and had to call the owner. I must of misread the listing as when I got there we had 6 of us in a small cottage with one bedroom. Other than that we managed to have a good time »

« Belle maison beaucoup d’espace ! Peu d’activités dans le coins »

« La description est très fausse. Vous arriverez devant une maison avec plusieurs fenêtres barricadées et une pancarte « BEWARE THE DOG ». Il n’y a personne pour vous accueillir ou à tout le moins débarrer la porte. Un voisin est venu à notre rescousse pour communiquer avec le proprio. Il n’y a pas de baignoire à remous, ni gym, pas de vue sur l’eau. Dans la salle à manger il y a bien une table haute mais pas de chaise. Le patio est complètement encombré de meubles et/ou outils recouverts...

« Ambiance très agréable et confortable avec tout ce qu’il faut pour être confortable. Vraiment bien situé; on peut marcher pour aller au dépanneur! Quartier tranquille mais à proximité de la rue principale de Picton. Les matelas et literie de très très bonne qualité :) »

« We really enjoyed our stay. The property is clean with a nice water view and came with everything that we needed. The property owner response very rapidly and accommodates our requests. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Sandbanks, particularly as a large group. »

« We loved The Place. The pictures really don't do it justice. The location in the centre of PEC is perfect. The host (Kristy) was great and super thoughtful. Would highly recommend a stay - be warned though, you may like the house so much you spend all your time there! »
