This spacious home has everything you need for the ultimate beach getaway. Tastefully decorated, with an expansive floor plan, stunning harbour and rural views, wraparound elevated decks, a spa and a large, insulated garage where kids can hang out while you enjoy some peace. Book the main house, or add the self-contained back unit for larger groups.

The modern two-storey main house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10, extendable to 13 on request. Upstairs is the super-king master with ensuite and study nook, plus the open living, dining and kitchen area with floor-to-ceiling sliders. Downstairs are two queen bedrooms, a bunk room sleeping four and a bathroom, and the insulated garage doubles as an entertainment room with a pool table, smart TV and bunk beds. Washer and dryer included.

The self-contained back unit, reached externally, has two bedrooms (a queen, and bunk beds), a bathroom, full kitchen, living room with heat pump and TV, dining area, and a courtyard and lawn. With the unit, the whole property sleeps 16, extendable to 18 on request.

Outside there is a Jumpflex trampoline, two toddler swings, a heated outdoor shower and a filleting station. There is no bathtub, but the level-entry showers suit a toddler bath, and a baby gate guards the stairs.

We provide linen, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, laundry powder and gas for the BBQ. The driveway is steep, so watch children on bikes and scooters. Parking fits 3 vehicles for the main house or 4 for the whole property. If only the main house is booked, a tenant lives in the back unit and shares the driveway.

Raglan township is a 5-minute drive, and Lorenzen Bay is a short stroll for swimming and kayaking. Surfers will love Manu Bay.

- Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, remove butts from the property on departure.
- Residential area - Quiet time from 10pm to 9am.
- Events and parties are not permitted without prior arrangement. Guests limited to number booked. Extra charge if exceeded.
- BBQ (if available): clean with supplied cleaner after use. Cleaning fee if left dirty.
- Rubbish: 1x full blue bag allowed. Take extra with you or use a local refuse station (see house info folder).
- Recycling: 1x full bin per stay. Extra: take with you or $25/box disposal charge.
- No EV charging.
- Left belongings: $20 minimum return fee plus courier cost.
- Motion-sensor security camera may be present at entrance door. Footage may be reviewed if misconduct is suspected.

To protect your stay and our properties, ID verification is required before access details are released, and your booking is conditional on completing it. After payment, you`ll get a secure link to the property portal and will need to verify with a photo ID and a quick selfie — access details are released automatically once it`s done. Takes a few minutes; your data is handled securely by the portal operator, SuiteOp. Failure to complete ID verification will result in your booking being cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply.
