As you enter this unit, you will find a living room with a smart TV along with a dining area. The sofa that we have here is a sofa bed. As you continue, you will find the kitchen area which is fully stocked with everything you may need along with a full coffee bar. After, you will find the bedroom which has a queen bed and a full bathroom attached.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the right unit of this triplex.



The Neighborhood:

This is an older neighborhood very close to downtown Durham and Duke/Duke hospital. Very convenient and close to a lot of things!
