The room and the staff were nice. When we checked in the man asked us if we had a car, and we did, and he proceeded to give us a tag to put in our car, and never said anything else about it. Checkout went fine. Once I got my invoice, it showed a parking fee and “rebate-parking” for each day under charges. When looking at the invoice, I was charged $60 more than what I was quoted when I booked since nothing was said to us about parking or having to pay for parking the price didn’t make sense to me. I called the front desk and the man said that I was double booked and when I asked about the rebate for parking because no one has said that we had to pay for parking, he said it was a system glitch. He ended up giving me $30 back but it was still inconvenient because I wasn’t prepared to pay $30 for parking in the first place. If I wouldn’t have called or look at my invoice, I would’ve paid 60 extra dollars for nothing and they would not have done anything about it. This is super disappointing after paying almost $500 for a three night stay
