Our neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and tucked away to give you the privacy you and your group need. It is made up of a blend of historical and newer developed residential homes. The convenience of this location is amazing! Shopping mall, retail stores, restaurants, breweries and a hospital are all within a 5 min drive to our home. Downtown is just a quick uber ride away!
Security Deposit: All reservations will have a hold of $250 placed on their card the day before checkout. Provided there are no damages the full amount will be released to guests in 5-7 business days. Additional Rules & Fees Security Deposit: For reservations made through VRBO a $250 hold will be placed on your card the day before your departure. Provided there are no damages the full amount will be released to you 7 days after the initial hold is made. For Airbnb reservations damages will be taken care of via the Airbnb claims center. No pets allowed. If evidence of a pet is found you will incur a $300 fee due to the additional cleaning services needed to return the property to a pet free space. Obey all local laws, codes and ordinances - $1,000 fine for any citation. No Parties - $500 fine. No smoking/vaping/candles/incense INDOORS - $500 fine. Smoking only allowed outdoors with windows closed and cigarette butts disposed of only in outdoor trash. If smoke or cigarette smell is not dispersed after the house is cleaned you will incur a $250 fine. Check-in is after 4pm. Early check-in of noon can be requested for an additional $50. We would be happy to accommodate if it is available. Check-out is at 11am. Late check-out of 1pm is $50 and must be approved 24 hours in advance. Late check-out without prior approval is not allowed and will result in added fees. Any check-outs after 1pm will incur a charge of the nightly rate due to our inability to have the home ready by 4pm for our next guests. Guests are given a 15 minute late checkout grace period. After that, every 30 minute increment is an additional $50 unapproved late checkout fee until guests leave the property. This is due to the disruption of our cleaning team scheduling and property maintenance. Max number of people on property - 6 people. Every unauthorized guest on our property beyond our max occupancy of 6 people will result in a fee of $50 per unauthorized guest. Quiet hours: 10PM-8AM. No spray tanning/henna application/hair dyeing. Guests should use the black towels provided to remove makeup/ foundations, creams, or any other products that might stain. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest (towel $20, sheet $25) If guests are found in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. Guests are allowed to have packages delivered during their reservation. Hosts are not responsible for packages delivered outside the guest’s reservation dates. No mail forwarding or using the property address for guest mailing address. Hosts are not responsible for personal items left behind at the property. If items are left behind, there is no guarantee the hosts can get them back to the guest. If it is possible, hosts can ship items back to the guest for a $25 handling fee plus the cost of postage.

Nice house in the shade of big trees, just minutes from our daughter and 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh. Loved the open kitchen/living common area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!
This house was my home for four months during the process of relocating permanently to the Raleigh area. It is in a great location (less than ten minutes to downtown), the neighborhood was very safe and quiet, and the host communicated very well on a couple of minor needs I had along the way.

The place was very nice very accommodating. Had everything you needed.I would recommend this place for anybody working in the Gardner area. We were only 10 minutes from our project and very quiet neighborhood.

I will be back
This home is lovely and well equipped. We stayed for two weeks. It is very quiet, and conveniently located to whatever you may need. - target and walgreens are within walking distance. It is immaculate and thoughtfully furnished. The photos provided properly represent the rental. Plenty of closet space. The hosts communication was very prompt and friendly. We were a party of two and it worked wonderfully for us. If there were 6 guests, the general living area may be a bit small, but otherwise perfect! It was incredibly helpful to have the washer and dryer (detergents etc provided). The home is centered amongst a somewhat industrial area so the neighborhood aesthetics don't really match the home but it was a non-issue. My only tiny suggestion would be to provide either a flashlight or a candle in the event of a power failure - we had two aggressive storms while visiting and there were many power outages-although not at this home. This will be our go-to rental if/when we return to the area.

Open, Airy, Clean, Modern resting spot 10 minutes from Downtown Raleigh.
To begin with this was our best VRBO experience by far. Absolutely great hosts.
Booking process was okay. Wish it would have been one transaction instead of three. Not the first time with VRBO, and likely not the last. It’s either my repeated error or just VRBO .
Check in could not have been easier. Code to get into the house was provided ahead of time and it worked exactly as instructed.
Walking into the space, the open concept living room / kitchen is light and inviting; very tasteful modern execution. Floors are free of carpet and clean. Very clean. Nice sized granite island with seating for four along with a dinette with seating for four. Fully stocked. Pots, Pans, matching plates, saucers, silverware settings for 12. Nice coffee cups.
The Master bedroom is simple with just a bed, two nightstands and a closet. The en-suite bathroom has a great large (48x 80) tile shower.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 simple double beds with nightstand and closets. Tasteful again.
Main bathroom includes a nice tub with tile walls. Clean, modern.
Includes use of towels. Had to mention since our summer VRBO did not.
All plumbing fixtures are new, modern, and work perfectly.
Lighting for the space is excellent and fans are new and work
Window treatments were easy to use and clean.
Neighborhood: it’s unique. Sort of a cul de sac in a commercial area. Close to shopping in a pinch. And a 10 minute drive to downtown Raleigh.
If you are not up for making use of the Kitchen in the morning. Breakfast: Eggs up Grill 2-3 minutes away. Delicious food; Excellent service, large cups of good hot coffee.
Did not check out the fire pit. Looks nice enough. While we were there the mosquitoes in the area were “a bit aggressive.” Do not underestimate them!
Host was very polite throughout and checked via messages to make sure everything was excellent.
Following the house Rules was easy and straightforward. Checkout was easy as well.
Overall: Great Place, Great Hosts, We will book again at this specific location when coming into Raleigh for a long weekend.
