Hôtel près de Chutes d'eau Ramsey, Gatlinburg, Gatlinburg

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »

« The room was good The property was not kept up we had to tell them over and over about a turn over trash can stairs not cleaned »

« The room was very clean. Excellent location, convenient to the downtown area. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again when visiting the area. »

« Belle emplacement avec stationnement »

« Our was very load because it was was next to the haunted house next to it very load. Elevators slow very outdated. »

« The property is out dated and not maintained correctly. The switch for the light by the bed did not work well, hard to turn off/ on. The carpet was black by the air conditioner/heater. Lots of scratches in the furniture. The location is good right on the trolley line, no need to drive car to downtown. »

« We booked 6 rooms for our group for a 2-night stay at Mainstay Suites Gatlinburg. While the hotel looks fairly new and the rooms are equipped with convenient kitchen amenities like a stovetop and full-sized refrigerator, our overall experience was quite frustrating. « Great for the price clean room shower great hot water can walk to all of Gatlinburg from room »

« My family and I loved our visit! The pools, waterpark area and outdoor seating around fire pits were great! Breakfast and dinner were delicious! We loved visiting in the fall and being surrounded by all the trees. We would love to visit again soon! »

« For the price its a great value »

« It's so close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg but yet so quiet. The place does need some upgrades to a few of the rooms. We had several cabins/rooms rented and the one I stayed in was perfect. The others needed an update of furniture and the bathrooms for sure. Speaking only on my own accommodations, it was great. »

« Un peu excentré du ville du coup très calme donc top. Car le centre ville est très animé le soir. Le Trolley du village y passe. Chambre propre et fonctionnel. Bref je recommande. »

« Jacuzzi hors d usage, dommage, mais cela peut arriver »

« Établissement regrettablement peu entretenu. C’est dommage car il est bien placé. Le ménage n’a pas été fait durant notre séjour et la chambre n’était pas très propre à notre arrivée (cheveux dans les toilettes et sur le lavabo) »

« Underrated. This place is cozy and super clean. Went there for a weekend. Was able to easily extend our stay at the last minute!! George is great! Courteous and has great recommendations. Highly recommend it. »
