Located on the peaceful shores of Dodge Pond in Rangeley, this spacious five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests and offers the perfect balance of adventure, comfort, and relaxation.

Whether you're planning a family vacation, a ski weekend with friends, a snowmobile getaway, a family reunion, or celebrating one of life's special moments, The Point on Dodge offers an unforgettable setting in every season.

The lake is the heart of the experience.

Spend your mornings with coffee overlooking the water, your afternoons swimming from the private dock, and your evenings relaxing as the sun sets over Dodge Pond.

As a seasonal guest perk, guests may also have access to our private ski lockers at Saddleback, allowing you to leave your equipment at the mountain and spend more time enjoying your vacation.

Our Story

The Point on Dodge began with a simple dream.

Growing up, our family spent summers at a lakeside camp where some of our favorite memories were made—days on the water, evenings around a fire, and time together that always seemed to pass too quickly.

Years later, we wanted our own children to experience those same moments.

That dream ultimately led us to this special property in Rangeley.

Today, we're honored to share it with other families, hoping it becomes a place where traditions begin, milestones are celebrated, and lifelong memories are made.
