« This is a very basic 1 star hotel. There are no pictures of the bathroom for a very good reason. Absolutely dingy and disgusting. Bathroom was small, had a stained toilet and a bucket with no enclosure for bathing. Bedrooms are small and again, very basic. Looks even less than in pics. »

« The room was good. The house keeping had to be called a couple of times to get the TV working as there was no professional available then. The room service was highly priced and the quality was not all that great. »

« Great ambience. Beautiful view. Cordial staff. 30 minutes from Vagamon town. Nice restaurant and food. Room is spacious with a large balcony.
As the location is mostly cold and moist the room walls need periodic painting to avoid molding. »

« This hotel is falsely advertised as a 5-star property. At the most, this is a 3-star property. Installing whirlpool baths in rooms does not mean that you now have a 5-star hotel.
Personnel wants to offer a good service but they lack proper training and the end result is that customers receive a bad service.
The property is also not properly maintained, already worn down, and poorly fusnirshed and decorated. It also feels like everything is dirty.
Food is also an issue: there is no...
