„We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Matisa!! The house was a perfect place for me and my friends while we were visiting Lake Como. The house was spacious, kitchen stocked with everything we needed, decorated beautifully, had amazing views of the lake and the outside patio and gardens were perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. „The location is beautiful, right by the lake and there is BBQ, garden, all cooking utensils etc! Probably need 2 more drinking mugs and we can’t find any ironing facilities! The shower room needs a shelf or cupboard to put things on but all in all, we are very happy and thank you for letting us stay! “

„We - a family of five - enjoyed our stay very much. We hit a heat wave in the region, so we had plenty of time to explore the house and all of it’s levels and comforting cozy and romantic places. The central kitchen and the newly built terrace are just perfect for getting the family all around the table. But still it’s also a comfortable starting point for trips all around the region.“

„Wir hatten schöne tage in diesem Haus. Die lage ist sehr schön, direkt am see und nah am Zentrum von Ranco. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt. Der Gasgrill war kaputt und Gartenmöbel gibt es leider auch keine, nur Liegestühle. Das war schade… sonst war alles gut, ich würde es weiterempfehlen.“

„Die Fotos sehr gut in Szene gesetzt. Ausblicke auf einen See haben wir nicht gehabt...! Man hat auch nicht das große Grundstück für sich alleine. Grundstück sehr versteckt, angrenzend an einer Fabrik. Ganz enge Einfahrt. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Kleinbus dort lang zu kommen. Man muss alles mit dem Auto erledigen, fußläufig überhaupt nicht möglich! „Beautiful home with two gorgeous terraces. The shower is a bit tight but the main bathroom is overall very nice. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it’s not terrible you just need to orient yourself in the area because there is lots of parking a very short walk from the property. Angelo is an amazing host. Live like a local at this villa!“

„Schönes, stilvolles Haus - aber leider nicht gut erhalten (bspw Toilettenspülung teils defekt, Klopapierhalter fiel ab). Service war, obwohl sehr bemüht und sehr nett, nicht gut - bspw war Frühstück, welches für 8h bestellt war, teils erst 30min später bereit - und wurde mit schlechten Ausreden begründet (bspw „Dienstags ist es schwer, Brot zu kriegen“).“

„Die strasse oberhalb des hauses ist gefährlich, das heisst, am besten mit dem auto irgendwo hin fahren und ab dort spazieren gehen.Ansonsten traumhafte Lage direkt am See.Küche bestens ausgestattet, bäder und küchen recht neu, die oberen zwei zimmer sind sehr schön! “

„It's a dream house! Large, spacious, authentically furnished. All amenities available, everything very clean and well maintained. The property is huge with a perfectly maintained garden, large, clean pool, volleyball court, lemon trees, lots of loungers, chairs and tables. The equipment was more than complete. We have never had a house that was better equipped. The contact with the agency, the owner and the caretaker (lives next door) was perfect, we would love to come back!“
