Fantastic stay, friendly,helpfull staff, lovely clean rooms. Breakfast was lovely. easy to miss if you havnt got a sat nav, need a taxi to get to nearest train station, 5 mins costs approx ÂŁ10, train takes you straight into london, approx 25mins ÂŁ9.40 return.

the perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners made us feel most welcome. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. We would certainly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a place south of London!

Little Gem at Little Orchard B&B.

An absolute gem. Such a lovely room. Clean, bright and very comfortable. We arrived half an hour early and were able to have our room straight away. Our host was a lovely lady who offered us use of the pool and garden area, which was beautiful. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The only down side is there is no where within walking distance to go for a meal, so it means driving to find somewhere, but this is no refection on the B&B, just location. I would certainly recommend Little Orchard to anyone.

Little Orchard is for me!

Beautiful rooms, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty and set us up for the day ahead. Wonderful hospitality. We will definitely stay again when we need to fly from Gatwick airport. I would recommend

Little Orchard

A very easy and efficient service from start to finish. We were made welcome and every detail had been considered in order to make our stay an enjoyable one. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and we left "Little Orchard" ready to recommend it to our family and friends.

Superb stay

Beautiful B&B and superb breakfast. The owner drove me both mornings to Merstham station which is actually walkable for my trip into London. I couldn't recommend this place more highly - FAR better than staying in London! Easy commute.

One of the best B&B's we have ever stayed in.

Loved this B&B, very nice home with lots of character and was made very welcome. Bit difficult to find at first and need your sat nav and watch not to miss the entrance when coming off the motorway. Immaculately clean overall and great breakfast. Would definitely go back,

Little Orchard B & B.

It was hard to find at 1st as it is on a 1 way system so to speak. The only downside I have is that the pillows were a bit hard for my liking, found it difficult to get to sleep and the windows could do with some curtains as the blinds are not blackout so in the summer I can imagine you would awake before the larks! The breakfast though was lovely, using local produce, plenty of choice. The owners were very friendly and I would definately stay again if in the area.

Comfortable, clean and friendly B&B

The B&B was comfortable, clean and friendly. Very convenient location for Gatwick airport and the nearby areas. It was a quiet location and we didn't hear any traffic noise. The breakfast was very good too! We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Decent B7B, excellent breakfast

A lovely B&B, good quality breakfast and a comfortable room. Only criticism is that the curtains were thin with a lot of light from 5am, but it was a nice view once awake.
