"Really friendly staff, hotel is clean and modern, AC unit in the Room helps with the immense heat in the summer. You can leave the room and press a button so the staff knows that they can go in and clean. Sometimes they would knock and ask if you need something, really forthcoming. Staff at the reception is really competent and friendly, our room wasn't ready when we arrived but they fixed it quickly and even brought our stuff to our room. Gym and pool are nice, Lobby is really luxurious looking, the bar has a cozy atmosphere and one of the best Cocktails I've ever tasted. They also have an restaurant but I can't comment on that. They provide a shuttle every half an hour to the downtown of Lisbon, they also pick you up where they leave you in 30 minute intervals, which is nice. There are also cabs in front of the hotel at every hour of the day. There's a little kiosk next to the hotel (5 minute walk) where you can get some necessities, Lidl and a train station are also close. Overall really satisfied, I also got a little cake and a bottle of champagne because I spent my birthday there, can recommend the hotel to people who spend some time in Lisbon. "

"Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Wir bekamen ein schönes Zimmer im 5. Stock zur Straße, das sehr ruhig war! Die Klimaanlage lässt sich individuell einstellen und auch abschalten. Das Bad ist komfortabel und mit einer Regendusche (mit farbiger Beleuchtung) und allen notwendigen Duschmitteln ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist die kostenlose Minibar, die täglich nachgefüllt wurde. Frühstück fand wegen Umbauarbeiten im gegenüberliegenden Restaurant statt war sehr gut. Es bot besonders viel frisches Obst und Gemüse an. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral mitten in der Fußgängerzone und man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen. Metro und Bus/Straßenbahn (Rossio) sind nur ein paar Schritte entfernt "

"Entfernt vom Zentrum (z.B. Bairro Alto) liegt das Hotel beim Expo-1998 Gelände direkt am Shopping Center Vasco da Gama, neben einen Bahnhof und einer U-Bahn-Station. Anbindundungen ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz sind also gegeben, bin jedoch selbst nur mit dem Taxi gefahren. Die Sauberkeit war okay, das Frühstück für 15 € pro Person und Tag auch (vor Ort gebucht) Es gab auf Anfrage sofort einen Bademantel und Badeschuhe für den Swimmingpool Bereich. Am Morgen war ich alleine schwimmen im kleinen, beheizten Pool, auch ein Jacuzzi ist dort. Die Sky-Bar im 16. Stock ist sehr schön, aber die Preise sind ziemlich hoch, vor allem für die Cocktails und den Imbissen. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich. "
