« They didn't help me and my Son get in We tried to call them even I got the manager contact info as we get there at the same time as their building inspectors were there. Even them had hard time to get in touch. As we could not get in had to go and book another place and they refuse to refund my money. It is so unacceptable »

« Très propre »

« Nice place, and 3 minute walk to catch 20 minutes bus ride to go into Venice - just know if you go in summer months the AC is just in the hallway, this means even though separate bedrooms you cannot close door for privacy or it gets hot in the room, we were there during heatwave so may not be as bad during regular temps. »

« Great flat, quiet, everything clean, new, and modern. Great location and good communication. Only negatives: bed was a little too firm and flat is up 2 flights of stairs with no lift. But it is Venice... ❤️ »

« Host is very clear on check-in instruction, it was smooth. The apartment was cozy and location is excellent. Thankful that there is storage area for our luggage. It will be great if the other bedroom has a AC. »

« Great place! Wonderful location. Downside: needs better curtains on master bedroom windows and air conditioners didn’t really cool down the rooms on hot days »
