« Very nice property. And responsive host.Pet friendly but no fenced yard, but the neighborhood is very walkable and many many others walk their dogs. Very clean, nicely stocked with essentials, towels, etc. Multiple adults may find the second and third bed less appealing as one is definitely more kid focused as a bunk bed. The location is excellent for quick access to major convenience like Walmart, wawa, numerous restaurants and grocery stores, and if the mood strikes and you want the chaos...

« The property was lovely and clean. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook at home if you didn't feel like heading out to eat. There was also some beach equipment, coolers, and even bikes available by the owner for use if you didn't bring your own.The owner left a book with helpful information about nearby locations as well as explaining the trolley and parking system in the area which was valuable to someone who wasn't local. « Our family of 11 loved the house with its big open spaces and plenty of room for our family. The house is beautiful and very well stocked with all of the kitchen supplies you could need. The owner, Mike was very responsive and accommodating of our needs. The walk to the beach, Dairy Queen and into downtown Lewes was very easily made with our 5 grandkids aged 5 to 18 months. Our family also really enjoyed the pool and the screened in deck/porch on the main floor. Thanks for the memories! »

« We shared this house with another family for a baseball tournament near by. The location was perfect. 10-15 mins to sports complex and close to the beach, restaurants & shopping. The house fit our 2 families perfectly, the extra bonus space upstairs is great for the kids to have their own space. Linens and towels provided were clean. « Our first trip to Delaware and we had a wonderful time! The property and host had a lot to do with that! The house is very clean, modern and spacious, with plenty of room for 5 of us to spread out. (We had family staying close by and ours was the place where everyone wanted to gather.) It’s located at the end of a dead end street, surrounded by plenty of trees so you also have some privacy.
