« We live in Bayside and rented this home so our daughter could have senior week at our home with her friends. It was nicely updated and very clean, and included all linens. The use of the golf cart was also great! Located super close to SunRidge for tennis, pickleball, and pool! »

« I used to live in The Palms so it was a no brainer to rent a place when I had to work in the area for a month. The condo was great, clean and quiet. Just a couple of small things. I know Rehoboth but for those who don’t an updated info folder would be great. The dryer did take multiple cycles to dry stuff but I had read this in a previous review so was prepared and I hang dry most stuff so I bought a drying rack. Loved my time there and made me miss my old place. »

« This Bethany home is beautiful and relaxing. The kitchen has all the appliances, cookware, service ware, and spices you could need. I always bring a bag of items when I rent a house, but didn’t need any of them! The house accommodates family together time in the living room and game room with large TVs, but also solo time on the several porches. I appreciate that they supply the sheets and towels, etc. From the moment you walk up the steps into the house, you can relax. The location truly is...

« It was a short weekend but we really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location, not too close and not too far from the beach and other activities. It was family friendly AND dog friendly which is hard to find. It also had a nice fenced in yard! The house was nice but could use some general and security upgrades. Better locks and lights outside, and bathroom upgrades would really be lovely! We would recommend this house. »

« The house was extremely clean, inside and out. Didn’t need to worry about bringing sheets, towels, detergent or dishwasher detergent the house was well equipped with everything I needed. Check in was smooth as well as check out, Bruce is responsive and on top of things. This house is great for groups or families, I’m grateful to have been able to stay somewhere this nice. »

« If you are looking for the perfect little beach house, you have found it! Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly. The condo was stocked with essentials for cooking and baking. The morning views while sipping coffee on the back screened-in porch were amazing and it is so close to everything! There is a strip mall right across from the development. A 5 minute ride takes you directly to the ocean! The perfect weekend getaway! »

« Chelsea is a wonderful host! She is quick and very responsive. Her property manager is kind and also quick to respond. The unit is lovely and clean. You can't ask for a better location. Parking is always tough with these units so bring your best driving skills and patience. We will definitely stay here again. »

« Me, my husband, his brother, and his new fiancée all spent New Year's eve in this lovely place! Perfect location, walking distance to everything Rehoboth! Clean, comfortable, and cozy! Beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious! Really enjoyable stay! Would stay again and recommend highly! Host was friendly and wonderful to work with. »
