The worst experience ever it is not a safe place to go I had my phone stolen taken from the back pocket of my jeens and wen I went to lost in found and told them the security was rued and said we can’t do enything or pull up video only if police comes then we can pull up the video but then he said and police are to busy to come aut jest for a phone thay gave better things to do I was told that it was probably a homeless but now it was not it was some professionals because I tracked my phone and thay send it by fedex the next morning I will not stay ther ever it is not safe and dye security was rude so the worst experience ever

Customer service was terrible. We waited over 45 mins for our new room key. They were incredibly rude. The only way to get to the rooms involves multiple stairs and no elevators which is very difficult when you have lots of luggage.

I can see that this once was a hoping place, but it is in desperate need of a face lift. We stayed as a team for a volleyball tournament, and one of our teams parents called it a Motel 6 with a casino. The coffee maker was broken, our phone to the service desk was touch and go. The security of the building is questionable as one of the tower entrances has a licked door, but if you nudge it just right it opens. This was shown to us by a staff member. We packed and moved to the Grand Sierra.

The room had dirty sheets with a stain also air-conditioning didn't work they had to switch the unit and created a lot of dust in the room but still didn't work properly very sad I'm very disappointed.
