Les points forts : Arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce
Liked the location of the home. House was clean but old. Floors are very squeaky and hard to be quiet in the morning hours if others are still sleeping. Neighbors in the bottom unit are loud due to them arguing.

Les points forts : Arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce
The location was one of the best parts of our stay. It's convenient to Midtown and UNR, with plenty of nearby dining options. We also appreciated the off-street parking, the Pac-Man arcade game, and having both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig available. The owners were responsive and easy to reach whenever we had questions.Unfortunately, the house itself showed its age. Built in 1941, it appears that many features have not been significantly updated. Outlet placement was inconvenient, and there were very few accessible outlets for modern devices. No extension cords were provided, which made charging electronics challenging. The wood floors were extremely creaky, and the split-system AC units were quite loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.Cleanliness could also be improved. Several tables and countertops were dusty, and we found a fake eyelash on the floor in one of the bedrooms that initially looked like a bug. The one-ply toilet paper felt like an unnecessary cost-cutting measure. The biggest issue occurred during a monsoon storm when we discovered a leak in the ceiling. While weather-related issues can happen unexpectedly, it was a disappointing experience during our stay.Overall, the property has a great location and some fun amenities, but the condition of the home, cleanliness concerns, noise levels, and ceiling leak made it difficult for us to fully enjoy our stay.
