« We travelled there for a 50 mile race I was running in Dalton. The home was cute but definitely had a few issues as far as newly remodeled isn't really a great description. The location is great but definitely needs some work. »

« While the house was very nice it was not functional for 6 people. One 3 person couch and 1 table that seats 4. The kitchen had 3 plates and 3 bowls and minimal silverware. No utensils except for bar-b-que. 1 towel/washcloth per person allotment per day. Therefore had to do laundry every day. VERY narrow and STEEP driveway. Neighborhood looked concerning but we had no problems with neighbors. Definitely need earplugs to sleep because of the trains. »

« Host was very friendly and easy to work with. The house was very clean. The community was inviting. That house was only five minutes off of the highway situated in Dalton Georgia. Close too many very nice restaurants. »

« Communication with host was slow. We needed to cancel one of the nights we booked and it wasn’t easy. I had to continuously keep going between the VRBO team and host to get refunded. The house was spacious and clean however the sheets & towels were old and stained. »

« We were looking for a quiet, serene place to get away from our busy lifestyle and that is exactly what we got! Gorgeous view and peace and quiet. When we arrived the property had not been cleaned yet due to a communication problem with the app and the cleaning crew being notified the previous guests were out. However, they immediately sent someone out to clean it for us and made things right. We would definitely revisit Deer Valley in the future. »

« Home was beautiful and had everything we would need for our stay. Area was quiet and quite peaceful. Martha communicated so well which really helped especially with it being our first time in Georgia. Would recommend their property to anyone! »

« Nice place! Be advised that the running water there is murky, and no water bottles are provided, so you’ll want to bring your own drinking water. The provided dog poop bags also tear easily, so youll want to bring those along too. Was very clean when we arrived and check-in went smoothly! »

« Oh my goodness this home is AMAZING! The pictures don’t begin to describe how beautiful and comfortable it is. It’s easy to get into, and once there, it’s full of snacks and thoughtful touches. Such comfortable beds. We LOVED visiting with Lexie and Wade and their sweet puppies, and watching the cattle and enjoying the sunset. We actually rented this so we could visit our daughter who is a student at UTC and could all go swimming together…. But we enjoyed hanging out outside so much that we...
