"Gute Unterkunft um ein paar Tage zu bleiben. Die Lage ist am Stadtrand direkt an einer Straße. Mit Lärm hatten wir Keine Probleme in unserem Zimmer. Es war nicht viel von der Straße zu hören. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab immer viel Auswahl an selbst gebackenem Kuchen. Man sollte besser ein Auto haben um in die Stadt zu kommen. "

"Wir waren zum 3. Mal hier, aber sind diesmal enttäuscht. Die Sauberkeit beim Frühstück ließ zu wünschen übrig. Ich habe mehrmals mitbekommen das wenn der Frühstückstisch abgeräumt wurde das Geschirr was nicht benutzt wurde wieder an einen anderen Tisch gestellt wurde. Also die Tasse oder Glas das vor meiner Nase gestanden hat ca. 60bis 90 Minuten, da man sich beim Essen unterhält kann es passieren das man auch mal etwas spuckt. Und ältere Menschen auch was völlig normal ist. Und die Mehrheit war älter. Ferner wird die Tasse oben angefasst statt am Henkel. Ich dachte immer bei Corona hätten wir alle etwas gelernt. Wir ziehen unsere Konsequenzen. Für so eine Einstellung ist der Laden zu teuer. "

"Disappointing Stay at AP Maria Nova Lounge" I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at the AP Maria Nova Lounge in Tavira. The service I received fell far below expectations, especially considering the price point. Our experience began poorly when we were asked to carry our own snacks from the restaurant to the pool, despite requesting poolside service. The 8-course New Year's Eve dinner was a complete disaster. Not a single dish was served at the correct temperature, and the wine pairing was subpar. When we inquired about a digestif, we were initially told it would be an extra charge, only to be denied the option altogether. However, I was able to purchase a cognac at the snack bar. The hotel itself appears outdated, and the service reflects this. The minibar was empty upon arrival, and the welcome drink was handed to us at the check-out desk, forcing us to carry it and our luggage up to our room. Overall, my stay at the AP Maria Nova Lounge was a major letdown. The poor service, subpar food, and outdated facilities do not justify the high prices. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel."

"We really loved the hotel. The reception and staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and modern. The large pool with a view of the river is really beautiful and well maintained. Although there is no restaurant as such, the choice of food and drinks in the evening was just right for us."
