Graduation get together

This is actually a nice house and would have been perfect had it been cleaned. Also would have helped if the management responded to the issue of the dirty house. My daughter and nephew arrived at the house before the rest of our family and found the gross conditions. After a couple of messages with the property manager they simply stopped responding and wouldn't answer a phone call. We didn't have another place to stay because of the late hour so my daughter purchased some cleaning supplies and they spent a couple of hours cleaning the house and laundering the sheets from one bed that looked like they hadn't been changed. The management company did offer an insincere apology by text the next day and said they would talk with their cleaning staff.I have never left a negative review for anyone in the past but the lack of concern for the issues is unacceptable after paying a substantial amount to stay at this property. After our stay I received a message from the property management asking for a 5 star review with no mention of the concerns. This was kind of insulting to me!

We enjoyed our stay here, easily accommodated 7 guests! Kitchen was equipped with what we needed for our stay. Only thing we would have appreciated more is faster communication, we were given a wrong code for door when we arrived and took a while for them to respond. There were a couple of items that needed minor maintenance on but overall not too bad. Would definitely stay here again!

Cuter than the pictures!

I know the pictures of this property are great, but somehow it’s still cuter in person. The beds were comfortable, the little amenities abundant and charming, and the rooms spacious and beautifully decorated. My grandkids loved the playroom and chalk-wall. My daughter and I loved the well-stocked kitchen, and everyone enjoyed the plentiful and comfortable seating!

Rexburg Stay

Overall a good stay. Beautiful home in a great location for what we needed. Only things which could’ve been better: the television situation was frustrating. For the main tv in the family room we couldn’t access any of the applications as they were locked out. All tvs upstairs would not turn on…possibly dead remotes. But overall a very nice stay in a beautiful home.

Fun home for a fun stay

We met as family from AZ, UT and MT. Plenty of room for all of us. Chose the home for the play area as we had two toddlers and it was much too windy and cold to be outside. We had a lovely time. The kitchen could use some cleaning of grease on cupboards,organizing and more equipment. Had to get creative when draining pasta. Host was quick to drop off dish soap with chocolates but we had to go buy sponges to wash dishes with and wipe off counters and bar soap for the showers. All appliances worked great. We had to lock all windows as the wind kept whistling through

Parking tickets

The house was clean but did smell of a cat litterbox. the real downside was we got parking tickets for parking on the street. the owner did not mention this in their listing. We asked the about it and they discovered it was a new policy from the city but their listing makes no mention of it. We asked them to cover the parking fee and all communication stopped. I see it as a cost of doing business but they seem to feel differently. I will be pursuing this with them, but am really disappointed they are making it harder than it needs to be.

Excellent Vacation Home

This home was the perfect place to gather our kids and grandkids for Thanksgiving. The little kids loved the slide and rock climbing wall. The place is very clean and updated.

Welcome to your home away from home

This VRBO was a wonderful place to stay for our long weekend. The home has plenty of space for family and friends to gather. Our younger kids enjoyed the rock wall, and slide while our early teens enjoyed the Nerf guns, video games, and movie projector. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We appreciated the privacy and space we had in the home. This home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything we needed in Rexburg.

Thank you for a beautiful and comfortable home. The location is on the outskirts of town and in a quiet location. The littles absolutely loved the playroom with the slide and climbing wall, toys, and dress up clothes. The movie room was my favorite part. The exercise equipment was fun to use.

Return stay

Perfect place for our family to gather. This was our second time staying here and enjoyed it just as much as the first time and we even stayed longer this go around. I especially like that there is not a bunch of cleaning expected from us other than picking up after ourselves. We had one small issue this time that was out of the control of the owners. The response time took a little longer than we expected but when it was resolved it was above my expectations. Thank you for a great stay!

Dirty home. Pubic hairs everywhere. Dog hair. Poor communication. Terrible experience

This is by far the worst VRBO experience we’ve ever had. We booked a 2 night stay. Upon our arrival, the house had a toxic artificial smell with an underlying pet/smoke smell. Someone’s dirty underwear hanging on a light and pubic hairs all over the bathroom floors. I contacted the host within 20 minutes to notify them of our initial findings. We did not hear from them for 4 hours with “so sorry we can have someone come touch up those items tomorrow” Upon further inspection We found hair on all of the beds and in the sheets & on pillows. The pillow cases had stains on them and didn’t appear to be clean. There was so much dog hair it took 3 sticky rollers to get all the hair off of one of my kids clothes The kitchen floor was covered in dog hairs & everything in the pantry & lights was dusty. The master shower had garbage and pubic hairs on the the shelves where the shampoo/body wash were along with hair on the walls, on the sink & vanity. The other upstairs bathroom had soap gunk in the bathtub& the half bath had more hair on the floor & in the sink basin. All of the window sills were full of dead bugs & flies. This house was not in a condition to stay in I continued to notify the host of these issues w/ photos & no response but At this point it was so late. The next day we decided we could no longer stay here as the conditions were far from acceptable and still no communication from the host. This is not a premium accommodation very disappointing

Family friendly

Perfect for a family gathering. Plenty of space, beds and hangout space. The home was accurate with pictures and cleanliness. It was close and super convenient to our needs and place we needed to be.

This is our second time renting this property. The first time there were a couple things that needed fixed and they had all been addressed this time. My kids love this home and love staying here.
